Vote June 12 Charlie Hall asks for your vote in the Democratic Primary on June 12 for Providence District Supervisor. Voting will take place at your regular polling station from the hours of 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. To locate your polling station, please visit the Virginia State Board of Elections Where do I vote in Virginia website or call the Fairfax County's Electoral Board at 703-324-4735.

Are you registered to vote?

If not, you may register to vote for the June 12, 2007 Democratic Primary by Monday, May 14, 2007 at 6:00 pm. Download the Virginia Voter Registration Application Form.

Can’t make it on Election Day? Vote absentee.

You may vote absentee if you are registered to vote in Virginia and

  • You’ll be away from Fairfax County on Business or vacation on Election Day; or
  • Your work and commuting time will keep you away from home for at least 11 hours between 6:00 am and 7:00 pm on Election Day; or
  • You’ll be away from Fairfax County at college on Election Day; or
  • You are the spouse of a student attending college outside of Fairfax County who will be absent from Fairfax County of Election day; or
  • You’ll be in the merchant marine or on active duty in the military outside of Fairfax County on Election Day; or
  • You are the spouse or dependent residing with a person who will be away from Fairfax County on active military duty or in the merchant marines on Election day and you will also be away from Fairfax County on Election Day; or
  • You’ll be temporarily residing outside of the United States on Election Day; or
  • You are unable to go to the polls on Election Day because of a physical disability or physical illness; or
  • You are unable to go to the polls on Election Day because you are primarily and personally responsible for the care of an ill or disabled family member who is confined at home; or
  • Your religious obligations keep you from going to the polls on Election Day; or
  • You are an election official; or
  • You are confined and awaiting trial; or
  • You are confined having been convicted of a misdemeanor

You have the right to vote by absentee ballot! There are two possible ways to vote absentee:

Applications to vote by mail will be accepted until 6:00 pm an Tuesday, June 5, 2007. Absentee ballots submitted by mail must be received in the Fairfax County Office of Elections by 7:00 pm on Election Day, June 12, 2007

You may vote Absentee in person beginning May, 14, 2007 at the Office of Elections located at:

The final day to vote Absentee in person is Saturday, June 9.
